How to Grill Lobster
- 1 cup butter
- zest and juice 2 lemons
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 6-8 oz. lobster tails
- Place the cup of butter into a small saucepan and set it over medium-low heat. Once the butter melts, use a spoon to skim the foam off the top of the butter.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, parsley, and garlic powder, remove it from the heat, set aside 1/2 cup of the butter sauce, and reserve the rest of the butter sauce in the pot.
- Allow your kamado grill to heat to a temperature between 350°F-450°F. If you are using a pellet or charcoal grill, arrange the fuel on one side of the grill to create an indirect cooking zone.
- Cut the lobster tails lengthwise using kitchen shears and thread your soaked skewers through the lobster to prevent them from grilling.
