Seal the vents, press the steam function and cook the rotisserie chicken for 5 minutes.

Set the instant pot to quick pressure release and take the rotisserie chickens’ temperature.

If the rotisserie chicken does not have a temperature of 165°F, cook it for an additional 2-3 minutes.
